1. QR code payment refund policy

A. QR code payment cannot start: when the customer scans the QR code and the equipment appears online and functionable, but the equipment fails to start, then a refund will be processed.

B. Equipment quits running halfway after code-scanning: When the equipment is online and the customer starts the payment via scanning the QR code, and the designated massage time slot is yet to be finished, or power failure during the running period, the order will be refunded.

2. After-sales service

A. Active warning mechanism: our party will, depending on the state of the equipment and other key fields, send daily warning notification automatically and provide active data feedback instantly.
